The hydraulic uncoiler is a special equipment for unwinding of the pressing machine. The movement shaft passes through the sector plates with the inclined dovetail grooves on the three or four end faces. Each sector plate is prevented from axially passing through a radial slide at the tail end. Tilting, but can achieve radial expansion and contraction. A rotary cylinder is connected to the end of the spool shaft, and the cylinder piston rod drives the front end quadrangular axis to axially slide through the rod at the center of the spool shaft, thereby driving the fan plate to radially expand and contract. The roll can be increased by the additional four sector plates to increase the nominal diameter.
The equipment automatically rolls up, feeds, speeds and synchronizes the forming machine. It is an accessory product for color steel equipment. It can form a complete and fully automated production line with the matching of color steel forming machine and skimmer, saving human resources and reducing labor costs.
It is mainly composed of the main unit of discharge, hydraulic station and computer control system.
