1. Precision flattening machine flattening wheel and back pressure wheel are made of imported chrome steel and heat treated HRC60. After grinding, and then hard chrome plating, the hard chrome layer is evenly distributed and the shape tolerance of each shaft; the surface of the drum is ground and polished to prevent the material product from being damaged by the rotation of the drum;
2. Customers with extremely high surface requirements can be treated with upper and lower roller rubber (85-90 degrees). The material is resistant to acid and alkali, abrasion and pressure, and will not scratch any material.
3. Machine operation purchase frequency control, free to control the running speed, start and stop have buffer, the material is not easy to shake deformation, the surface is not easy to damage;
4. The adjustment method of the flattening machine adopts four-point independent fine-tooth screw adjustment, and four precision dial gauges are controlled, which is easy and convenient to operate;
5. It can be installed with front and rear belt input and output lines or automatic drum conveyor lines;
